| Introduction: Creating or changing a web page |
| The TN-Arts web pages are based on standard web page layouts that are setup using information provided by the member. Each member is allowed to change their basic layout selection once a year but may change the images and text displayed on their web page at any time. The templates are being designed to make this image and text change process "dynamic" so that all the member needs to do is change certain information in their Gallery profile and the changes will appear on their web page. At this time, however, the "dynamic" feature is not working and any changes made to your image and text information needs to be reported (via email) to the Webmaster so the changes can be made manually. Please keep the frequency of changes to a minimum until the "dynamic" feature is functional. |

| Custom Layouts |
| Custom layouts can be used for your member web page. Contact the Webmaster for pricing on custom design. |
| Linking to your existing web site |
| If you have another web page/site that you would like to link to, TN-Arts will place a link for it on your web page or we can just direct everyone to that site. You do not have to use the web page provided by TN-Arts but you can use both if you like. Just email the site URL to the Webmaseter and request that it be added to your TN-Arts page or used in place of the TN-Arts page. |

| Setting up your Images and Text |
The Webmaster (or the automatic update feature) will get the information for your web page images and text from your Gallery profile.
To begin this process you should select one or two images from your gallery to showcase on your web page and you need to compose the text for your page.
You may use any text-editing program to do this but we recommend that whatever you use it should check for the spelling and grammar errors. The TN-Arts administrators are not responsible for any errors in your text entries and will place on your web page exactly what you send us, provided it does not violate the TOS
Information you may want to place in this text might include a biography about your art background, your views on your art, thoughts on your current creative direction or projects, etc. This information should be kept brief since if you type too much most people will not read it all. We recommend about 500 to 600 words maximum but we don't believe that there is a limit imposed by the database biography field.
Once you know the file names of the images you want and have the text composed, login to the gallery and click on the My Profile button that is at the top of the gray display area. Scroll down to the fields at the bottom of the window. Type the image names into the fields labeled Web Page Image 1 and 2. If the layout you selected has only one image type the name into the field for image 1 and leave the image 2 field empty. Type or copy and paste your text into the Biography field. Click the button "Apply modifications" button at the bottom when you are done. Until the automatic update feature is working you will need to email the Webmaster and alert him to these changes. |
